CONTRACT Academy

Established at the beginning of 2022, the CONTRACT Academy offers a personal development programme to students in their final year of studies, fully funded by the CONTRACT Foundation. Our goal is to equip students with key skills to start a career in consulting and facilitation. 

A Programme for Personal Development:

Participants learn key skills for facilitating and consulting, get deep insight into themselves, their strengths and development areas, and reflect on their career hopes and possibilities. In addition to the structured 3-day (2 x virtual half days and 2 full in-person days) programme, each participant has the opportunity to work with a coach, who personally supports them along their journey. After the programme they are part of the alumni network, to further network and grow their professional community.

AMANINA UNITED

Under the banner of the banner of our community projects, we have launched our fully-funded ”Personal and Business Development Programme” for local women entrepreneurs in partnership with a women empowerment organisation called Amanina United. The purpose of the programme is to equip local businesswomen with skills and tools for their personal growth, which contribute to their confidence and success as entrepreneurs.

This programme is facilitated by Sisipho Makambi and Brian Heydenrych, and will run for 6 months. It consists of 5 face-to-face workshops and 4 learning programmes from troodi. Participants will learn key skills around self-leadership, effective communication, working with and empowering others, and project management.
